• File or reading issues — If an ebook fails to open, displays garbled text, or is unreadable on your device or browser. Please note the format (EPUB, PDF, Kindle, etc.) and the software or device you used.
• Accessibility concerns — If the text lacks proper heading structure, alt text, or is otherwise difficult to navigate with assistive technology.
• Copyright or rights questions — If you believe a work in the catalogue may not be in the public domain in your jurisdiction, or if you hold rights to a text and wish to discuss its inclusion.
• General editorial feedback — Observations about the reading companions, edition insights, or background notes (such as those for Phineas Redux — Edition Insights or The Child of the Dawn — Background and Themes).

What to Include

To help us act quickly, please provide as many of the following details as possible:

• The exact page URL where the issue appears.
• The full ebook title and, if known, the author.
• The file format (e.g., EPUB, PDF, MOBI).
• The device, browser, or reading application you were using.
• A clear description of the problem — for example, “Chapter 3 is missing after page 42” or “The cover image does not load in Adobe Digital Editions.”
• If your message concerns copyright or rights, please include any relevant information about the work’s status in your country.

When writing about a specific ebook, it helps to include the title exactly as it appears in the catalogue — for instance, Imperium in Imperio: A Study of the Negro Race Problem. A Novel rather than a shortened version. This avoids confusion when multiple editions or similar titles exist. If your concern relates to a reading companion or background note, such as those for Dead Man's Rock — Edition Insights or The Black Douglas — Reading Companion, please mention the name of the companion piece as well.

For file-related issues, describing what you expected to see versus what actually appeared can be very useful. For example, if a PDF shows blank pages where text should be, or if an EPUB fails to render chapter headings, those details help us reproduce the problem. Similarly, if you encounter a broken link or a download that does not start, please note the steps you took before the issue occurred.

If you are unsure whether a work is in the public domain in your country, feel free to ask.
